Order Processing Time
Your order will be processed within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are usually completed by the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Introductory offer: – Shipping of all ordered products from our website to your doorstep is free until further notice.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
On shipping your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you, including the tracking number for your product(s). The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
We do not have any shipments outside India at present.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
• Returns
o Refunds (if any) once processed will be credited in 7-10 working days in the same payment mode depending on bank timeline.
o Sold goods are non-refundable unless we make exceptions on a case-to-case basis by our friendly credit shop system policy.
o Non-returnable items are those sold under special offers or coupons issued.
• Exchange
o We can only replace defective items. Hence, should you want a different one, email it to sales@starkidsonline.com and send your item to the address provided by the support team.
o Exchange is allowed only once per order.
o Any customized product, which is made as per customers’ instructions is not eligible for exchanges, we request you to be careful while ordering for name customized products.
o Exchange is not accepted if the customer does not like the product or colour of the product. We try to source the best quality product and all product details are mentioned in the product description. We would request you to please read all details before placing the order.
o All sales, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-exchangeable.
o Only products which are unused, undamaged with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
o In a few cases, for some pin codes, if there is no reverse product pickup facility by the courier provider for a location. customers are requested to send the product yourself
o Please note, orders are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days from the time of delivery.
o If the customer does not hand over the product within 7 business days from the date of the return/exchange request being raised, the request will be cancelled from our end. The stock supply is critical for exchange. If the desired product cannot be supplied, then a credit note will be given instead.
• Refunds
Upon receiving returned goods, we check them before deciding whether refunding should take place. If approved your account will be credited with a store credit for future purchases.
Transit Damage
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, you can follow these steps:
• Capture an opening video of the package to indicate the state of the item, which should appear as destroyed beyond repair.
• Send an email with the video attached to sales@starkidsonline.com so that we can help you on time.
Special Schemes and Offer Items
Items bought under special schemes or through customer vouchers cannot be returned.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
However, in case this item did not come as a gift once bought or if someone else had its order delivered to them first before giving it to you, then upon receipt of your return we shall issue money back in any form they prefer to know about their gift coming back.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returned items. No refunds on shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
